Mr. Kho Pek Seng incorporated Kemajuan Langat Sdn Bhd back in November 1979 and was later joined by Mr. Albert Tan Min Fui, who bought into the company in 2002. Together, they make up the principal shareholders who have long been involved in the property development business.
As a team, they have been shareholders and directors, and have worked alongside in development projects like Taman Seri Baiduri and Taman Baiduri Jaya in Bandar Teknologi Kajang, Semenyih, Selangor. Their long lasting friendship and experience can be viewed as key factors to the success of these projects as well as the impetus for future development plans.
